The file is sized to the format you chose (e.g. 50×70 cm / 20×28"). You can print it at that size or smaller — quality stays sharp. Printing larger than the chosen format is not recommended.

Your print is produced and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — typically 3–7 business days within the US and Canada, 3–7 days within Europe, and up to 10 days for other destinations. You receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping is free on orders of €70 or more. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your country.

Email us a photo of the damage within 14 days at info(at)theplacewelove.com and we will send a replacement at no cost. Prints are shipped in rigid flat packaging specifically to prevent damage.
